Public Sub Grouping_CreateDetailedGroupInfo ()
Create detailed grouping info: group index, row index within the group, count of records in the group. Call this method before beginning iteration.
Use Grouping_InfoGroupIndex(), Grouping_InfoGroupRowCount() and Grouping_InfoGroupRowIndex() to return these values.
