xf_BaseMinXF Base Class

The Framework base class for the minimal version of the framework. The base instance 'xf' is of this class. It declares members for all the other default framework objects such as xf.Gen, xf.Str, xf.StrCI, etc.
It contains members to handle global value lists, framework version inspection, and error handler code.
