xf_BaseXF Base Class

The Framework base class. This base instance 'xf' is of this class. It declares members for all the other default framework objects such as xf.Gen, xf.Str, xf.StrCI, etc. It contains code to run at application startup that peforms housekeeping actions, re-links tables and updates front and back end databases.
It also contains code for global value lists, framework version inspection, and error handler code.
